Mental health improvements and the strengthening of bones and muscles tie at 15%. It’s clear that exercise is as much about boosting emotional well-being as it is about physical resilience.
Interestingly, only 13% think exercise helps maintain posture, and 12% each credit it for enhancing the immune system and supplying oxygen and nutrients to tissues. These figures might surprise those who underestimate exercise's comprehensive benefits.
