The Shocking Truths Humanity Just Can't Face

In a recent poll, several undeniable truths about human nature emerged, revealing what people often refuse to acknowledge. The responses were eye-opening.
A staggering 17% highlighted that "Kindness is seen as weakness, but it’s the ultimate strength." This suggests a societal misunderstanding of genuine compassion.
Close behind, 16% agreed with the idea that "Everyone wears a mask, even to themselves." It seems self-awareness might be more elusive than we realize.
"Power doesn’t corrupt — it exposes true character," resonated with 14% of respondents, challenging a widely held belief about authority.
Another 14% recognized that we "fear change," despite it being the only constant, pointing out our resistance to life's inevitabilities.
Equally, 13% admitted to chasing happiness externally, although "it’s found within."
Adding to this, 13% acknowledged our struggle to love ourselves while seeking love from others.
Lastly, 12% believed "Most conflicts arise from fear, not hate," illuminating a common misunderstanding about the roots of strife.
Of course, there might be human errors in interpreting these results. Misunderstood questions or careless clicking could skew perceptions, but the insights are irrefutably thought-provoking. Could it be time to face the truths we prefer to ignore?
