🌟Not having positive social interactions, having a history of being misunderstood or judged.
🌟Feeling insecure about certain aspects of our personality, making us feel less confident and open.
🌟Putting on a mask when we engage with people, hiding our true selfs.
🌟Not giving other people a chance to accept or reject us,trying to be someone else.
🌟Trying hard to be perfect,so our imperfections never get accepted.
