Close behind, 27% had the unsettling experience of "following by someone at night." The fear of being pursued in the shadows is enough to make anyone's heart race.

"Exposed human skeletons" took 23%, leaving participants caught between curiosity and horror. The stark reality of mortality is a powerful reminder of our own fragility.

Lastly, a grim 21% witnessed "minor suicide incidents" involving hanging on a rope. Such heart-wrenching moments are truly distressing and highlight the need for mental health awareness.

While each scenario is terrifying, slight discrepancies in the poll results suggest potential human errors. Nonetheless, this glimpse into personal nightmares sets a chilling mood for Halloween.
