Shocking Results: 63% of People Still Hard on Themselves Daily!
by HICHEE
8 months, Mauritius In a surprising twist, a recent poll asked individuals to appreciate themselves just once a day. The results were eye-opening. A staggering 63% of respondents still find it challenging to be kind to themselves regularly.
The poll suggested taking a moment to recognize personal achievements and talk positively to oneself. Unfortunately, the majority seem to struggle with this simple yet powerful practice. Itβs a reminder that many of us continue to be our own harshest critics.
A smaller group, 19%, reported occasional success in self-appreciation, while 16% manage it somewhat regularly. Interestingly, a tiny fraction admitted to succeeding only rarely, at 1%, and 0% said they never do it at all. The layout of the data was a bit muddled, causing some confusion, but the main takeaway is clear.
The results highlight a common human struggle with self-compassion. Experts suggest small daily affirmations can make a significant difference over time. It might just be the key to shifting this overwhelming 63% in a more positive direction.
