Connecting to a higher common value was supported by 16% of participants, indicating its significant influence. Lastly, creating safe spaces for doubt received backing from 13%.
Interestingly, these results may reflect a range of strategies to address differing opinions without making others feel they are betraying their values or communities. However, human errors in tallying responses or interpreting questions could slightly skew these insights.
