I MAKE A PLAN, OR BUDGET. To manage my finances well, I try to know how much money I am earning and where it is going.

I AVOID ENVY. I avoid the temptation to obtain what my neighbors have. This can be a trap. Maybe even my neighbor cannot afford these things.

SIMPLICITY. Insisting on buying a car when all you can afford is a popular motorcycle can easily lead to financial ruin.

AVOIDING UNNECESSARY DEBT. Those who take on unnecessary debt often end up sinking financially.

SAVE BEFORE YOU BUY. By doing this, you avoid debts, such as high interest rates, which end up increasing the price of everything you buy.
